Elyad Davidson

Prof. Davidson is the Director of the pain relief unit in Hadassah Hebrew University Medical Center. He completed his anesthesiology residency in Hadassah Hebrew University Medical Center and earned higher education in pain practice and research in the University of Texas-Houston School of Medicine (2 years Herman hospital) and in the University of Miami School of Medicine (1 year Jackson Memorial). Prof. Davidson was a board member of the Israeli Pain Association and is the current president of IASP. He is involved in educating the medical community and public regarding pain management.

Dr Michael Dor served as the Senior Medical Advisor of the Medical Cannabis Unit in the Israeli Ministry of Health for the last five years. He is a specialist in Family Medicine and in Health Management and earned his Master in Public Administration in Harvard University. Dr Dor was the Head of the Hospitals Division and Deputy Director of the Health Administration in Israel. His activities included establishing a volunteers clinic for uninsured refugees and medical treatment for women victims of human trafficking . For those activities he received the Presidential Award - the highest civilian honour in Israel.
His other activities included establishing a quality control for licensing of hospitals and introduction of international system for accreditation of medical services.
During the last years Dr Dor lectures and advises in many countries about the cannabis use in medicine and other new directions
